How it works

A better way for
your distributed team
to work together.

From the first call to
Running on EOS®.

The path

What working with us looks like.

  1. A 30 minute intro call

You’ll meet your EOS® Implementer to talk about your company, the results you want, and what’s getting in the way. Together, you’ll decide on the right next step.

  2. A 90 minute EOS® overview

Your leadership team meets your matched EOS® Implementer and sees how EOS® would run in your company.

  3. Your EOS® sessions, live in a virtual environment

Your leadership team works through EOS® together on screen, with your implementer running every session.

Questions remote teams ask

Straight answers.

Can EOS® work for a fully remote team?

Yes. EOS® is a set of simple tools and a meeting rhythm. None of it needs a shared office. The weekly Level 10 Meeting®, the Scorecard, Rocks and the quarterly sessions all run in a virtual environment when the implementer specializes in running them that way.

Do we have to fly everyone to one place for the full-day sessions?

No. Your sessions run live in a virtual environment, built for screens: shorter blocks, planned breaks, and one shared set of tools everyone can see and edit. If your team wants to meet in person once a year, we will plan around it, but it is not required.

How do you handle a team spread across time zones?

We set the meeting rhythm around the hours everyone shares, and we keep the work between meetings in shared tools so nobody waits on a time zone to move forward.

How is a virtual implementer different from a local one?

Same EOS®, same tools. The difference is practice: our group has 5,000+ EOS® sessions in the virtual room, with teams who never sit in the same room.

How do we get started?

Request a 30-minute intro call. Based on what you share, we’ll match you with an EOS® Implementer suited to your team. You’ll meet them on the call, discuss what you want to accomplish, and decide together whether to take the next step.
